the easier you make it for a fighter..the easier fights they will take..and that is terrible for boxing

I don't know either. I wanted Mayweather to be ranked low because then he'll become alot more hungry and it'll be interesting to see Mayweather work his way up. Instead of working his way up, it's all being given to him and I don't like seeing that.
