Fight on Showtime with 27 million subscribers or fight on BLK with 27 thousand subscribers.

Of course you’d want Sho to be involved.

Ennis ain’t ready for a guy like Crawford too, Crawford would do to him what Trinidad did to Vargas.

Sounds like excuses for Ennis and co. Besides Showtime boxing ratings sucking, making negotiations with others unnecessarily difficult regardless of the other platforms size and outright admitting to not wanting to work with others. Obviously if BLK or another platform approaches, you should be prepared to fight else where. Considering the money is right and you really want the fight that is. Fighters do this all the time. Get your bag and return to the platform you are “loyal” to if that’s what you want to do.

These same guys say they are willing to fight on BLK or go anywhere to make these fights. While simultaneously proclaiming loyalty to showtime. Either they really want the fight or are simply blowing smoke up people’s asses.

No they’re just facts. Boxing is like any other a entertainment business, you want as many eyes on the product as possible. BLK is a joke, it’s another Triller type that won’t last 5 minutes.

I’m a big Crawford fan and I’m embarrassed he’s fighting on such an irrelevant platform. He should be headlining on Showtime, FOX, ESPN etc.

Who are supposedly not working with others? Showtime? PBC? Tank vs Garcia is a massive co-promotion between Showtime/PBC and DAZN/GBP.

Feels like you have an agenda here.

I think we implicitly knew that SHO is gonna be involved in everything Ennis does. However, what's stopping SHO from contacting Crawford and making him an offer? Crawford is still a free agent, right?

Like the Youtuber guy said, you don't talk about loyalty if life-changing money is involved. You'll forever regret it like Luis Ortiz who thought the same offer would appear again. It never did.

So sad that here is this company willing to spend huge money, yet being turned down for a fight that is very much legit being a title fight between reigning champ and 2nd ranked contender. If such fight can't happen, what will? What a crazy sport.

Promoters are a necessary evil but their affiliation to a network has really dented the sport when it comes to match ups.
