A surprising result, and an excellent win for Armando, whom probably most have never heard of, now they know.

Hurd has had some success, been a world champion. But a guy with his style and being pretty easy to hit, that usually means not much longevity in this brutal sport.

Yeah it seems as if the punches that they take sap's their energy, or maybe it just damages the brain enough to where they can't process, and execute quick enough to execute.
It is a excellent win for Resendiz, but a disastrous loss for Jarrett Hurd, and his career going forward. It was a upset, as no one knew who Resendiz before the fight.

Hurd wasn't sitting down on his punches enough imo. Using an ineffective shoulder roll and not being able to counter with it. He stuck between styles, no man's land. Who is Jarrett Hurd the fighter? If he is going to continue, he needs to find out quick.
