please let me know what Ppv blockbusters Callum smith, Yidilgrim, Saunders or plant had been involved in. Canelo vs charlo definitely would’ve been a bigger sell than canelo vs any of those guys. Also canelo turned down 2 fights with charlo and unlike the so called “lucrative” offer Oscar referenced yrs ago, there are actual numbers for proof of what canelo was offered and him taking less to fight these other guys.

Benavidez is way more of a challenge than Ryder. And Canelo chose Ryder. Because that's the easy fight. He's doing the same thing he did with GGG, trying to let him slip for a few years. Once Benavidez looks beatable he'll push hard for that fight guaranteed.
