RItson was never really in the fight and that shows Davies is a level above. Be interesting to see if he can win a world title now the belts have scattered
I thought Catterall beat Ohara, 7-5 kind of fight. It was definitely close though. Although we should also mention Ohara got a gift v Vasquez. He admitted it himself.

Either way, I’ve always liked Ohara. He’s a character and been in some decent fights and can score some good knockouts.

But I think to win a world title at 140, he’s going have to be pretty lucky to land the perfect fight, considering the division has a lot of good fighters that will be looking to get in positions for a world titles.

I don’t think he’s good enough to compete with Taylor, Prograis, Matias, Ponce, Barboza, and quite a few others.

Ritson is done in my opinion. Obviously he can continue at domestic level, but even then I reckon he’ll end up a domestic gatekeeper for better up and comers.
