I've said it before and I'll say it again. The WBA is a POS. So much so that my cellphone is able to predict that I'm going to write it again. Only in the corrupt world of the WBA does Rolly get a shot at the real 140 title before Tank, who KOed him.

Agree only because I’ve only seen Puello fight twice but from what I’ve, he should be able to beat Rolly fairly easily. It would be kinda cool if Rolly won. That dude is straight up fun.
