It’s a complex issue if you look at it on a root cause analysis diagram. It’s a fallacy to think Spence, Crawford or PBC to blame solely for fight not happening. I blame them all plus more. Spence didn’t demand the fight soon enough (Crawford did call him out a lot TV, social media). He was happy fighting Garcias and for WBA belts. Plus a DUI wreck. Crawford was overpaid, overvalues himself, poor pay per view draw, backdealing in Spence negotiations, and is a pain to negotiate with (Crawford should have a promoter negotiating he isn’t Floyd).
