Ahhhhhh, but, Chisora, soft touch though he may be; is the only meaningful win at Heavyweight that Usyk ever won, and he won barely. Well, except for two nods over Joshua of course; but pretty much everyone beats him nowadays. Fury is the man who beat the man and that's the only heavyweight title in Fightsport that is of any value at all (Ask Francis Ngannou who just tossed the UFC strap in the bust bin).

As Fury has already made enough money than he can spend in his lifetime against the likes of Chisora and Whyte, he definitely shouldn't be holding up an undisputed legacy fight for a higher percentage of the purse. I could see if he were being cheated by getting an offer for less, but an even split, to someone that is already excessively rich is fair. Also with the comparison to what his counterpart, Usyk, is bringing to the table with 4 belts and his renown for defeating the last unified heavyweight champion, who was also British, twice, it is a just offer.

Usyk would be a huge underdog due to size, so if Fury keeps pricing himself out it will look like a huge duck. Age, size, are all on Tyson's side.

So far this has been a crappy year. Already March and the best fight signed is a few years to late (When both had belts) and normally would be just on Showtime. Plabt vs. Benavidez.

He's certainly not in a rush to fight someone he declares as a pumped up middleweight. Fury probably could beat usyk but it'll take some doing and definitely more effort than his wins over whyte and chisora needed. I think he's having some sort of issue with alcohol again he looks out of it in most recent interviews and is constantly scratching his nose. A common sign of a coke addict.
