It's amusing reading comments from people on here, acting as if this was some kind of dominant performance from Fury. This fight was very competitive. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Youtuber win the rematch.

Was very close, Back luck to Jake Paul for being sick in camp. That really affected his performance tonight. I wonder how he'd go against Steven Seagull in a Hollywood Navy Seal slapping contest? Or Ghandi maybe?

Either way, he can come back from this. What about Jake Paul versus Wilder but Wilder has his right hand tied behind his back? That's a 50/50 fight for sure.

paul is even worse than i thought. he will never win a "boxing fight" without everything stacked in his favor.


Fury hasnt even done anything as a pro but fought bums, all it took was a guy with 12 amateur fights as a teenager who is relatively the same size and age as jake. this is the very first time jake actually fought a guy in his 20s who ever boxed before. eveyrone else was either almost 50, or a late 30s wrestler/basketball player who is like 20 pounds smaller than jake.

i could tell first 30 seconds of the fight fury was in complete control, he had control of the distance, he wasnt even reacting to paul's feints, probably because paul was feinting from out of range but not realizing it but someone with even slight experience can have that sense of space and distance.

pauls power was completely overrated, fury ate the few that paul actually landed. all he has is a telegraphed overhand right that we learned he cant land on a D level guy like fury.

it was a very sloppy unspectacular fight but scoring was very clear, jake hardly landed anything and spent most of his time hugging onto fury. landing a jab while he slipped and getting a flash knockdown scored doesnt prove much in the way of jake being an evenly matched fighter when he lost 90% of the fight.

Paul got robbed. That point deduction was bull sht. The pbc guys are mad he was knocking out a bunch of dudes with dreads. They want whit people to be like that guy in the wheel chair old skool g.

Meh it was an entertaining scrap, nothing more nothing less, fury dictated fight pace and you could tell he had more boxing tools than jakie boy who was just trying to connect his right hand and an occasional left hook that gave him flash KD but tommy showed bit more rhythm in there ,not bad for 2 guys ranked in the 3 hundreds lol.
