2 but yeah people seem to forget you get in based on your contribution to the sport as well not just your ability/accomplishments.

Gatti vs Ward is one such example of "a contribution" by way of their fight being ingrained in pop culture despite fans of "pop culture" generally not caring about boxing as a whole.

Their contribution to the sports needs to be respected and often is by either one or both fighters in the type of fights that garner main stream notoriety being inducted.

Another example despite how goofy it is, is "Rocky Balboa" being inducted...
