Was lewis ever fast on his feet in his youth ? .

No, never. His agility was never his strong suite. I'll admit that Lewis displayed pretty good handspeed for a 245 lber in some of his fights, but even at his quickest, he was much slower than Ali, Louis, Tyson, or Dempsey.

The words quick or mobile do not come to mind when I think of Lennox Lewis at any stage of his career.
