so it depends how much Usyk is desperate for the final belt ..

If Fury's not bothered about undisputed then he shouldn't even be negotiating with Usyk. The only reason for him to fight Usyk is to prove who is the true undisputed number 1.

I'd say the belts help sell tickets. Marketing somebody as a world champion or a fight as a championship or undisputed fight helps sell the fight

The fact that he holds 3 titles and he is a big part of the reason why this would be a historic, legacy fight is his leverage here imo.

Sadly, more TV viewers in Britain were interested in watching Usyk fight Tony Bellew than any of Fury's fights. Not to mention that Usyk v Chosora, Joshua 1 and Joshua 2 were three of the top 10 UK PPV events. In comparison, Fury's numbers of late, have been mediocre at best.

Though, sure, Stadium ticket sales are a nice additional revenue stream, but they aren't the primary one. There is a reason why Warren was losing his mind that Whyte wasn't helping to promote the PPV...

So, given Fury's lack of PPV success in his own country, it's probably not the brightest idea to make inflated demands of the Saudis. Let alone 60-40 against the P4P#1 with the track record of bringing in the UK TV viewers.

60/40 is ideal for Fury-Usyk. Usyk's greed is the only reason this fight hasn't completed its deal yet.

Usyk Chisora did over a million ppv buys in the UK, usyk is legit in the UK. 500k with bellew.

We as good as know that fury's last two haven't come anywhere near that million in the UK otherwise Warren would've been crowing about the numbers.

So on that basis, I'm sticking with 50/50 being fair.

I'm hoping it gets announced during the Paul/fury fight tonight, as one of the rumours goes. Unfortunately I think it's more likely not to happen on the 29th April, which is a massive shame.

As for fake fury fans, I've been following him done the early days, being originally from the UK. I'm a fan of boxing first and foremost. Cheerleading boxers and machine excuses for them is pretty lame.
