It would have been interesting, but wilder v ruiz is even better imo.

Ruiz Junior should not so easily be able to deny this sort of fight 'If the ranking system has any credibility'.

The IBF is giving Ruiz Junior a chance at improving his title aspirations.

By denying the fight opportunity, those moves can be perceived as 'He does not care for the IBF titles'.

I don't think Ruiz Junior should be taken out of the Top-10 IBF rankings, but his ranking should be effected by this.

Now that this fight is not going ahead. Ruiz Junior vs Deontay Wilder needs to be made.

As I have said before? I just think all these Top-Heavyweights are awaiting the outcome of the Tyson Fury vs Usyk 'Negotiations'.

It will be only when those negotiations are completed that certain other Top Heavyweights will start making moves.

It will definitely pay for itself! Same with Benavidez vs. Plant. I like this weekend's card, and I hope Fundora's card will be good too! I know Paramount + is buying Showtime, but I haven't seen anything about PBC folding. I've seen posters here saying that was going happen for 5 years now, and it still hasn't happened!

The question really is why do they want the pbc to fold so badly AND where are those folks from..

If the IBF wanted the fight, they would have done 50-50. 60-40 was a backhanded pass. They don't want Andy and Hergo is far from a sure thing.

When PBC has in-house fights, "They Suck!" When we get Nery vs. "Crazy A," Tank vs. Ryan Garcia, and Fulton vs. Inoue, "Oh they're broke!" Haters are gonna hate, and the Sun will come out tomorrow morning! Nothing changes!

Sure, he takes a 40 year old Areola the distance in a fight that could have went either way then follows it up with another aged fighter in Ortiz. Andy gets splattered into another dimension by walking into a Wilder right.
