RJJ vs. BHop II is a prime example of what's wrong with boxing

This rematch took 10 f**kin' years to make. WTF is that?

you guys are too easily bought. don't support this rematch!!

Do y'all realized that these two Calzaghe losers have nothing more to give.

When these two finally meet each other in the ring once more, it would be between a 41 year old vs a 45 year old!!

There's gonna be alot of holdin' and punching one-at-a-time between these two because they can no longer pull the trigger, unless your name is Jeff Lacey or a heavy bag.

To me, the semi ageless Hopkins still has a little somethin somethin, as he proved against contender Pavlik...but Jones is done, I'm sorry to say.

What is wrong is that RJJ isn't at the elite level anymore and people want to see this. B-Hop is gonna beat the **** out of Roy, wait and see. Maybe Roy will return, beat another Lacy and say, "I'm back!".

Boxing is a beautiful sport. I can't wait for this fight and do agree, it has been WAY to long for this. Regardless of the outcome, REAL boxing fans will appreciate this bout even though we all know it would of somehow have been different 10 years ago. I don't care what anyone says, I'm looking foreward to this for one reason - it could very well be the end of one/or/both of two of boxings most colorfull and decorated fighters. I love it, just love it. (Come on guys, since when has any recent bout even meant anything?) Let the legends do what they have done for all us fans, for years. WAR!

I didn't buy the Calzaghe vs. Jones Jr. match up for the same reason: Calzaghe waited to long to fight Jones jr.

Man...wish I remembered my quote about Calzaghe to sum up his career. I remember sort of how I said it but I'll give you another one that touches on my feelings with Joe not wanting to fight a prime Roy Jones Jr.

Joe Calzaghe, like a child afraid of his Daddy continued to hide underneath his bed when his Daddy {Roy Jones Jr} was around...but when his Daddy finally reached 50, and was worn down from years of War and showed signs of dying....little boy Joe came out from underneath his bed and stood up to his now frail Father. Shouting loud at his Father generated from his little testicles the little boy Joe demanded a fight. The Frail Father knowing this was the end but wanted to teach the boy a lesson agreed. But it was too late for the aging warrior. Father time had caught up and little boy Joe was just too quick for the Old Man...but not too quick that his Father could show one last resemblance of what he used to be and how the fight would have played out when he knocked the little ***** down early in the fight. Congratulations little boy Joe on you heroic victory over a corpse.

Other than that...respect for Joe for his career and being a Boxing Champion. I couldn't do it.

Do you think Foreman should get a rematch with Ali now?

This is the fans' fault. Boxing didn't bring this rematch together.

that would spell trouble for Roy if Hopkins had any kind of power what so ever.

                  i remember somethin like that
kinda like ''joe calzaghe hid away while there was a war goin on outside and when it was over came out and started blasting people''

it was'nt like that obviously, it was worded better and it was funny as ****

normally i wouldn't get excited bout to 40+ year old fighters facing each other but come on it's ****in roy jones and bhop!

if you aren't in the least bit interested in this bout you ain't a real boxing fan imo

Jones looked great against Lacy and Bhop looked great against Pavlik

soon as Roy disposes of Danny Green it's on

oh yeah and for no reason whatsoever **** joe calzaghe

these guys are getting in the ring and still taking risks at 40 years of age and Joe dances (if thats what u can call it) around on Strickly Come Dancing now what a *****
