The World Boxing Council has issued their ruling on welterweight contender Conor Benn. Last October, Benn was scheduled to face Chris Eubank Jr. in a catchweight grudge match. The fight was canceled during fight week, when it was revealed that Benn had tested positive for a banned substance. It was later revealed, by Benn himself, that he tested positive for the same banned substance in an earlier drug test.

Money and influence moves mountains out of the way, the man failed and was found with the shxt in his system on TWO DIFFERENT occasions, and suddenly there's no conclusive evidence. You just have to close your eyes and laugh.... unless you're Eubank or his people.
