Rumor fight: Berlanga vs Jacobs, the day before the Puerto Rican Day Parade

The Boxing Voice is reporting that the fight is in the works for June. They both have the same manager & both are with Matchroom so not a hard fight to make.

Who do you have between these two: Edgar Belanga vs. Danny Jacobs.

    Blockbuster fight for the summer.

Bad idea imo.Danny is well past it but Danny has some pop and could very well end whatever path they had laid out for Berlanga like he did Kid Chocolates.

I think so. Danny did enough to beat Ryder imo. I think Ryder would knock Berlanga out cold. Might looks like a smart move on paper but I'm not sure. Plus Rozier will know Berlanga's weaknesses.

IMHO, Jacobs has declined a bit….But I think he beats Berlanga easy , Berlanga has declined in every fight since the KO streak ended..Danny might spark him out TBH…

I'll take berlanga in this one. Jacobs seems to have lost a couple of steps. Yes, I know berlanga is rudimentary but he does have pop.

I'll co-sign. I think experience and pedigree, years and mileage aside, trumps what we've seen from Berlanga to date.

Even Ryder barely beat him who is level above fighter Berlanga.

Still good attempt for attractive resume and preparing him for Canelo.
