I can see both sides of the argument. I think that maybe Davidon didn't know that there were so few seconds left in the round , or maybe he did. Leigh Wood pays him to do a job and making those kinds of decisions is part of it. At least he didn't let his guy get beat into a coma or worse.
On the flip side , Wood is a tough guy and maybe could have tied up , taken a knee , etc and made it back to the corner and then after the minute if he wasn't ready the fight could have been stopped then.
