so I doubt it’s a very serious injury. It’s probably not an injury at all. He’s just taking a bigger money fight and has to act injured for a month before training for it.

he did an interview yesterday and said that he’s not allowed to put any pressure on his foot at the moment. I’m not a doctor or anything but if you can’t put any pressure on your foot at all now, would you be okay to start full training and sparring in about four weeks time ? Doesn’t seem to add up.
The WBO hasn’t published anything about Taylor’s proof of injury, or at least I haven’t seen anything from them. Even though they requested proof.

When you take into account Bob Arum’s relationship with the WBO and his love for in-house fights this whole thing just smells fishy.

And this quote from back then is even more funny now:

Now, people understand. Taylor was clearly trying to get out of fighting Catterall so he could cash in against Teofimo. No difference.

          GreatMalenko where you at brah?
