Good stoppage. He was out of it and the only thing left for him in the fight was a brutal beating. Why prolongue the inevitable at that point? He wasn’t going to make it to the final bell.

Which Mexicans have won fights that haven't had circumstances attached? Spell it out? Unless you think fighters are at their best when at their worst? Was Berchelt at his best with the circumstances against him with Nakathila? What happened there? He got dominated and taken out. He wasn't even in the fight. Was he "Exposed" was he? Was he at his fighting best going in?
UK fighters are literally usually easy pickings for the entire planet. Mexicans, Black Americans, and Eastern Euros literally salivate when they here they are getting matched up with a UK fighter.
Your "circumstances" excuse is one of the most pathetic excuses I have ever seen. British promoter, British network, British fighter, and British soil.........only to get destroyed by the challenger, then you get on here crying "circumstances". Now, stop second guessing Ben. He knows when his guy’s had enough boxercise.
Wood should fire the YouTuber first thing Monday, and find a trainer that will prepare him to fight cleverly in the rematch. He cannot trade with the Bronco—surprise, surprise. But if he had a proper plan, he could out-point him.
Dalton Smith, WTF: with that bodyslam and signature elbowing, he’s taken the crown from Warrington as the dirtiest fighter in Britain. Top moment of hilarity in the ref warning that one more WWE-style slam would lead to a point deduction.
Class of the night was Cheavon Clark handling his brawler opponent. Early days, but he’s on his way.

The point isn't whether anybody cares about Nakathila or not. The fact is, Berchelt wasn't at his best due to the circumstances with the Valdez loss. Berchelt was the clear favorite too.
Who are these Black fighters and Eastern Euro's? You mean a great fighter in Usyk where AJ had a close loss? Yeah, fighters can get a loss when they fight the best all the time. Especially against a great fighter. Not one Mexican would have a chance against a fighter like Usyk. All it took for Canelo to get dominated was a good fighter in Bivol. Bivol wasn't sabotaged like the rest. And what happened? What do Eddie and Canelo want to do with Bivol in the rematch? They want to sabotage him by draining him a weight class. Look at the fighters who beat Mexicans. They don't even have to be world class. Carmona wasn't world class or even close when he made Martinez look ****** hitting air all night and getting the robbery. Was Foster world class when beating Vargas? Foster hadn't even beaten a fringe level guy. Haha. A great fighter would murder your nobodies. No Mexican can match AJ's resume. No one.
Eddie wants to sell DAZN to the loons in Mexico so wants them to tune in and see them win. He won't bring them in otherwise. Eddie has done nothing but make these kind of fights for Mexicans. Look at the mass of them. He's still at it now with the Bivol rematch.

I think you should check out Mexicans getting beaten across the board. None of them where out of sorts going in either. Could you imagine how bad it would be with the opponent at their best and the Mexican the one who is in a hole? You lose all the time in one sided fashion at your best. It would be much worse when at your worst. You're delusional.
Mexico will always be the punchbag of the boxing world. The facts are there if you want to get into it. Always have been. Always will be.
Where are all these UK fighters beating Mexicans is these one-sides beatings you speak of? The best you will be able to come up with is some unknown cab driver that was literally brought to be a victim....domestic level vs domestic level we all know who is CLEARLY better.

I'm not even a Canelo fan but you bringing him up is not smart. He has literally made a career of beating up UK fighters lol.

That was a devastating left hook that Lara, landed on Wood for the knockout, and win the title to boot in his own backyard.
The fight card had a group of fighters, that were matched fairly well against each other, it was a decent show in all.
