Pacquiao has more American fans than Floyd by far. Pacquiao is exciting and gives fans what they want. Maywether is boring and never gives fans what they want. Plus he gets booo'd in his own back yard lol Pacquiao ...the fans go crazy for Pacquiao

I agree Pacuiao is a more exciting fighter. But being more exciting doesn't make you the better fighter.

The reality is that when both guys were active, Floyd was p4p #1. Right?
Floyd retires for two years, comes back againt a LW, and immediately upstages Pac on many p4p lists (not Ring).

No worries. If Pac defeats Cotto, then Floyd and pac will meet heads-up, and the better fighter will be determined then.

As far as commercial appeal, Pac has a huge fight with a big-name opponent. We will be able to determine his commercial viability in six weeks.
