Canelo doesn't care about money anymore. He has millions of $$$ income from only real estates.. let alone his companies, other investments and boxing.

Canelo should fight where he is in enjoy. That place is Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

What happened to bringing Canelo the UK and selling out huge stadiums? That narrative quickly vanished, I wonder what happened?

Like "Silence" said in the comment above, Canelo no longer cares about $$. Canelo does whatever he wants. I heard Eddie say Canelo is the boss. Hearn will do what Canelo says because it's better to keep him happy and not going to another promoter.

Canelo has 1 foot out the door. He seems to have made some solid investments and is already HOF bound. I think he fights twice after this and hangs them up. He will do the whole unretire thing for a money maker.

This fight is for the legion of mexican fans that follow Canelo faithfully. I thinks it's pretty cool of him to wanna do a homecoming fight. Most people would follow the money and forget where they came from. Props to Canelo and hopefully after this one he will get closer to a fight I wanna see him in.

I get that he's coming off of surgery but who says he has to take this fight??? Errol Spence came off of a horrific crash and jumped right back into tough action.

How noble of him to take a pay cut after being grossly overpaid for the past 5 years.

You mean the fight isn't selling as well as expected?
