Franklin is a perfect opponent. He qualifies for another shot at the big time because like Zhilei Zhang, he fooled the oddsmakers and essentially Won a fight that he was heavily favored to Not win. His style should work A.J. hard but not cause an upset. Ideal matchmaking.

Well, I don't claim Joshua won. I stated a fact pertaining to the split decision. My point is, he put up a decent resistance in the second fight and certainly isn't "done" because he lost to Usyk twice. And he SAH won't lose to Franklin.

After his strong but losing performance against Uysk 2 I would be surprised to see Joshua lose to Franklin who is basically there to ease him back. It would be good if he can stick around for some rounds . For some things I hope that Joshua does a job on him but for Joshua's sake he probably needs rounds for more than just the win.Not a 'great fight' more of a sensible one.

Even though he lost, the second Usyk fight was the best I've seen Joshua fight ever.
