More of em probably would if they had acquired generational wealth by their mid 20s and had the guaranteed backing of their own sanctioning org and Vegas win or lose.
The risk / reward calculation looks very different when you already made enough $$$ to set your family for ever than it does when a loss could mean the end of your shot to make real money out of the sport.
Maybe or maybe they would think "f**k it, I'm rich, why should I risk taking a beating?"
A lot of fighters getting paid well still seem risk averse.
