For those who believe Bivol is the guy pushing for the rematch to take place at 168.

Sure. Bivol is a smart man. And he knows better than us if he can make 168 and stay healthy.
If he can, he should go for it IMO.

So you say that a lighter version of Bivol would be a slower one or what? A strange opinion.
Lighter or weight drained?
Was Dawson faster at 168? Was Lalonde faster at 168?

Bivol is a small light heavy. I guess he knows if he can make 168 and stay ok.

It's entirely possible that both parties want it at 168. Bivol has blatantly said he wants those titles and why wouldn't he?
Canelo might believe he has a better chance at winning at 168 but he also has a hell of a lot more to lose.

How can you know it without doing it? Dawson said he’d make it easy too.

And all those guys wanted to fight at 155 too during the Caneloweight era.

So you don’t want to accept Bivol’s own words or respect his desire for more belts?

Becoming a 2 division champion and unified champion is attractive to many boxers. Would be huge for Bivol's legacy. It stands to reason he would be interested.

The point is it doesn’t matter, it’s not up to him.
