One because he had an exclusive contract with DAZAN, two beating a 2nd terr George Kambosos didn't give him a name and lastly, he's simply not a draw draw. most people don't even know who he is. Example: Haney called out Tank Davis but lets be honest, I knew that fight had zero chance so did Devin but that didn't stop him until Davis took him apart in a recent interview. "Call outs mean nothing if the caller keeps moving the goal post."

Lastly, about Lomachanko's purse; Loma like Crawford signed a guaranteed purse based upon performance, there is no more and there is no less, just the contract. A contract that Bob cried about and tried to modify throughout the entire pandemic. In the end Arum paid out according to the signed contract and he will continue until he is no longer contractually obligated, simple as that. There is no wiggle room at Top Rank, it's either in the contract or it's not. Anyone that claims otherwise should get in-touch with Arum because they obviously figured out a way to break a contract that Arum tried and couldn't.
My argument isn't based on call outs, my argument is based on the fact that Haney literally chased Loma for years trying to make it happen, campaigning after every fight and in every interview, calling him Nomanchenko on national television broadcasts saying that he's ducking, and getting into the ring with Loma after the Ortiz fight and asking him directly for the fight.

Loma said during that post fight interview with Haney standing across from him, that he would make any concessions necessary to make the fight, as Haney had done to make the Kambosas fight happen. So that definitely sounds like there's wiggle room at Top Rank and both of them are signed there, so its as easy as agreeing to the concessions. After all, as Loma has said himself, Haney is the A side.

Why would Haney not want the fight that he's worked so hard to get, has every advantage in, and would put his name out there, as beating Loma does? Most people didn't know Salido until he beat Loma, and most didn't know Teo until he beat Loma, which is one of the reasons that he and his father think that he's a bigger star than he is. I just don't see your point or why you think that Devin would even possibly avoid Loma.
