Yeah and leg strength, momentum, speed etc.
Lots of factors that allow certain fighters to be explosive and shift their weight using momentum and the other factors to combine them all in one shot.
Pretty interesting how certain fighters can do this.

I'd say strength (assuming it's not a HW vs FW).
Last week i fought three guys that outweighed me by 10 to 20 kg each (20-40 lbs) and i ended up knocking two of them out (one dropped several times and one out cold) dropped the third but lost by DQ.
The only thing i had on them is speed and physical strength, but i noticed a significant increase in punching power when i started powerlifting to the point where i was knocking out super heavyweights without really stressing about it, i always had power but not this type of power.
Form plus strength and speed/explosive (basically genetics and S&C) are basically what makes a KO punch (placement and timing a boxing stuff like weight shifting included in form)

When you's say strength what exactly are you referring to? Because there are different types of strength, there is being strong then there is being physically strong and yes there is absolutely a big difference.
Take for example last weeks fight and opponents now Yarde could likely outlift Beterbiev in the gym but he isn't as strong physically.
I was always very strong for my size but I am not physically strong.

Your core ,mainly lower back to buddocks that’s what drives and generates the motion . Depending on the type of punch you use different muscles to actually use ,hook punches generate the most power because they use more muscles at the same time but straight punches can rattle the brain easier because you hit the chin flush square on . Body punches are more impactful if your actually trying to punch through the opponent because you use everything and a lot more legs getting more leverage going under an opponent .
Forearm ,wrist and hand strength in that order is most important for less chances of injury and will let you throw with more force,if someone is breaking hands often they probably lack in these areas and can’t reinforce their own punching powers. Out of the things you listed ,none of them . Accuracy along with technique is more important because the other factors don’t guarantee you will hit harder but you need these two to start with .Last edited by juggernaut666; 02-06-2023, 11:18 AM.

Out of those three it's weight, but obviously punching power is a combination of many many factors.Last edited by BoxingParadigm; 02-06-2023, 12:07 PM.BodyBagz likes this.
