AJ - Franklin is actually better fight than Wilder - Helenius and Fury - Chisora 3.
Again, AJ is comming from two losses, I have no problem who he fights.
It is what it is, he has no obligation to fight Wilder at this point.Comment

It's a comeback fight, two guys coming off losses fighting eachother is not the end of the world. We all know Whyte wouldn't be crying if he got to fight AJ coming off his KO loss to Fury.
AJ is in rebuild mode and I suspect he's going to take his sweet time getting back into big fight mode. Whyte will probably be next in the summer anyways.Comment

Does Whyte have a victim complex? Every article I see of him he's complaining about something new. Listening to him you'd think he was the most persecuted person in boxing.Comment

I mean whyte lost that fight anyone who watched knows he got gifted the decision. It’s not a massive British tear up either whyte past due date is well expiredComment

Its not as if josh wont get credit for fighting whytes leftovers. I mean there was nothing in it between whyte and franklyn. If josh beats franklyn easy of course its a good win. Just like the fight between cotto and joshua clottey was very close. ANd pac fought the loser and beat him easy whilst cotto went life and death with clottey. Pacs critics try discredit win as clottey was coming off a split decision loss.Last edited by hugh grant; 02-06-2023, 12:35 PM.Comment

Why didnt anybody reply, "You did lose the Franklin fight." ?
But team Joshua figured, might as well give Franklin a shot instead of recycled White, since AJ ought to be able to handle him anyway.Comment
