So you don't get my point?
OK. Since he has been a WW after Judah he hasn't fought any real challenge.
HE says I'll beat Cotto, Margo, Mosley, Clottey, William with ease and the call himself the best WW.
Bus still who has he fought while been a WW?
BALDO WHO where is BALDO??? maybe Floyd gave Baldomir such a beating he can't fight no more. LOL sorry for the laugh Is that is funny thinking Floyd could give a real prime WW a beating
JUDAH oh man COtto and Clottey beat that ASS.Comment

I am pretty impartial, Floyd is actually both guys in my opinion. He is a good hearted person and in the beginning of his career he was actually Mr. Nice Guy and his father was the one who talked like "Money" Mayweather. He is legitimately an arrogant a$$ and is surrounded by yes men to feed his ego but a lot of people are like that.
I personally love Floyd because he plays the villan role like its supposed to be played. No matter how much people hate him, this includes you Sin City, they cant help but talk about him, or read a post about him.
Some hate him so much they pay money to hope to see him loseComment

You feel exactly how I feel. He is a lil bit country and rock 'n roll. I think he has always given praise to the fans so I dont mind him talkin **** to his opponents. To bad boxing fans as a whole cant see that. Its not like he is talkin about their mommas. Hes just sayin I think Im better than you. What boxer wouldnt sat that?I am pretty impartial, Floyd is actually both guys in my opinion. Personally I think that's worse than him being a classless and ****y SOB.
Why, because he comes off as fake. Lets face it when he isn't at the press conferences he is even worse. We all saw it on 24/7.
On top of that he is boring to watch for the most part. Sure there are a few good fights he gave like when he was young but that may have been attributed to the better opposition and no so much him. So if he is going to be quiet and fight boring... I see sales plumeting.
We all know it was Marquez's perceived chances that sold that fight not Floyd.Comment

Judah gave lots of fighters "trouble" in the first few rounds. He certainly gave Cotto trouble in the first few rounds. He was also beating Clottey early on because, as is typical Clottey, Clottey wasn't doing enough, and I remember the broadcasters saying Judah was winning the rounds easy.
I've always thought the "Money" persona was simply to make more money, and it certainly has been working like a charm. People who know him personally have said they don't recognize him when they see him on TV. I am tempted to believe that the Mayweather we see after fights and most recently is the "real" Mayweather.Comment

As for me, the wishy washy stuff can be a bit irksome. I'm a fan of him inside the ring, but what Ali did is he was consistently arrogant. He never changed or moderated his personality based on what he percieved people might think of him. He was just him. I sometimes wish Floyd would just be floyd, instead of worrying about what people think. Cuz people will hate on Floyd, regardless, he can't make everyone like him, and I get the feeling sometimes that's what he wants.Comment

Thats not really true. ALi always talked **** to his opponents before the fight and was much more humble after. Except for the first fight with Liston. It was his comin out party so he had to sho out. People have got to realize that there is a lot more to talkin **** than lil ego boost. It can really affect what happens in the ring (ala Ali-Foreman).As for me, the wishy washy stuff can be a bit irksome.
