Here you go again covering the fight backwards, do you watch movies backwards ? do you read a book backwards ? Why do you cover a fight backwards ?

      It's peculiar, isn't it?

I suppose in a way, when the opening of the article is the aftermath of the fight, you could argue it's a logical progression to go backwards -- you don't begin with writing about the ring walk, after all.

      Odd still it's but.

I didn't see Cruz throwing that many jabs.

I thought the same exact thing when I saw the replay. I don't know how Serrano escaped that clash of heads without a cut over her eye.

I wouldn't mind seeing them run that fight back at some point.

Definitely. Cruz impressed me. I'd love to see Baumgardner vs Persoon on the Taylor vs Serrano undercard. Makes perfect sense as Baumgardner is a really big name now, and of course every Taylor fan knows who Persoon is. Plus, you'd think it would be a great fight. I think Serrano must have power in her eye as well as her fists.

Cruz’ corner saved her from getting ktfo with all that corner water, dude purposely took his time too cleaning that up.

That has the makings of a helluva fight. I also think it's a tricky matchup for Baumgardner. Persoon is aggressive and durable and her volume punching sets a blistering pace.

Baumgardner's power and skills will have to compensate for her inconsistent pace and questionable gas tank.

I think it will be a classic. I'd slightly favour Persoon as Baumgardner's tank goes up and down and Persoon's tank is never-ending. I think she can rack up the points during those spells. I think Persoon was hard done by vs Taylor. I felt Persoon won the first fight, and the second I had a draw, though it could have went either way, so coming out of that with 2 losses was harsh, though I think outside of that, Taylor has been wrongly said to have judges on her side. She beat Serrano close but clear, and the Jonas scores were laughable, it was practically a shut-out. Nash out
