We all know Haney doesn't posses a lot of power but when did Loma turn into Mike Tyson? Where are all the 1st round devastating KOs on Loma's record? Why would Haney fear someone 10 years older than him and half his size? Haney is gonna dominate this guy.

Lomachenko's inactivity bothers me more than his age. His style is about polish, timing, sharpness, and reflexes. Those all need use for them to be effective, and I am willing to bet that is why he looked "iffy" in his last fight.
Haney is beatable, but Loma needs to be on his game. I just am not sure he is.GrandmasterWang likes this.

Loma is the man but has noticeably slowed and this isn't his ideal weight.
The Loma of 3 years ago was a different beast.
Imo this Loma will struggle with the size of Haney and at this weight/age doesn't have the cardio and swiftness to pressure and use his footwork as much as in the past.
Rooting for Loma but think he is a sizeable underdog.

This fight is big because of Loma. Haney has no drawing power in his own country. Also, true fans of the sport understand Haney beat the weakest champion at lightweight to get the titles. Nothing impressive about 2 boring fights against the same guy who didn't deserve a rematch in the 1st place. No thanks to a rematch clause... I know Haney has good skills but he never would come close to beat a prime Lomachenko. Haney's lack of power would be his downfall against a prime Lomachenko. Haney couldn't hurt a 5'4" bloated featherweight in JoJo Dias who was tailor made for Haney's style

It'll be closer than people are making it seem.
Can go either way really and I hope Lomachenko DOES NOT enter the ring like he did against Teofimo.
Can't get Haney a single round if you want to beat him. He's not going to risk anything, so it is definitely going to the cards.
