He's not a massive fan of pressure from a good fighter.

    Forget Canelo. Canelo's Canelo!

That Ryder fight was not close. Smith is not effective going backwards. He got done on the inside and moved around the ring at will. Ryder is a fairly low output fighter but he did absolutely everything he would have hoped to do.

Smith never discouraged him with a jab or put a dent in him or managed to get to Ryder's body.

He fought Canelo off the back of that!?

People were surprised he was so meek against Canelo? He was **** out of form and he is levels below anyway.

He has world class power but not a world level jab and at that sort of level his best punch is a left Hook to the body or head landed inside despite his frame. Is he gonna take out Beterbiev in one shot?

    No.

Could he land to the body fairly often? I think so. He could land a fair few big shots.

I am sure he will be a decent threat this time.

this is not the same as a big headed, stiff beterbiev.

Smith will detonate on him and will throw till the end.

this fight is going to be good.

I guess you missed the Ryder fight when he got walked down and beat up? And he thinks he will give Beterbiev something? lol.

Yarde gave Beterbiev his toughest fight. Callum is better than Yarde too.

The taxi drivers you're thinking of are the Americans in Smith and Browne who got smashed up in 2 rounds because he can't box or fight for shlt. The other ran away for the whole fight and quit. Yarde and Callum would fill those jokes up, like we do most of the time.

What makes him think he can trouble one of two top dogs?
When did he show he couldn't take Canelo's power?

This was against a Callum Canelo set up to be badly prepared. He only had 3 weeks in a pandemic shutdown. Smith didn't have a proper 3 weeks as sparring partners weren't allowed to travel from gym to gym. But that's the only way Canelo would fight him.

It wasn't that. He performed like he had it done. But that was just due to being badly prepared for the fight.

He looked just as crap vs Ryder the fight before. Walked down and beat up. He is a *****.
