Only people buying mannys fights are pilipinos. Watchin manny fight Clottey, Margarita, and Mosely is a waste of hard earned money. Thank god I know pilipinos and can watch it at there house for free.
Have you heard of the term 'market base'?
Considering the size of Floyd's potential market base (almost 40 million African Americans) in the U.S., his ppv numbers are not that impressive.
Where do you think the majority of Pac"s ppv numbers come from, the Chinese in the U.S.? The Filipino population in the U.S. is only 1/10 compared to the Black American population. Still, Pac has done an average of more than a million in his last five fights. Based on their respective potential market bases, Floyd should be doing ten times more than Pac.

In that case (using YOUR logic) then white fighters should be regularly selling 3 and 4 million...right?
Sorry, sweetie. Arum targets to the broadest possible demographic for those fights. That is not a "Pinoy Power" card.

Nice effort, though. C minus.
White Americans do not have any boxer who they can root for. That's the reason why most of them have lost interest in boxing. Once they find "the great white (American) hope", you'll most likely start seeing big numbers.
Why do you think promoters (not just Arum) try and put popular or good fighters from other ethnic groups with strong U.S. presence in the undercard?
Try using your brains, okay?
