It was close with several back and forth rounds where one dominated then got hurt and the tables turned. I think Beterbiev is near the end. Several of Yarde’s punches wizzed right passed his chin and he didn’t react. Things could easily have turned out differently.

Ridiculous, Yarde won 2 rounds at the most. I think ol Bob was trying to set Beter up.

Yarde won no lite than two rounds imo. He seemed to start gassing as early as round 4 too.

Nah. I think the set up attempt was there in the Gvozdyk fight, but there's no reason Bob would have wanted Yarde to be the next top guy. Yarde isn't even a Top Rank fighter.

Bob seems pretty fond of Beterbiev and Inoue both. Likely due to the fact that they're not divas.

Every time Yarde had some success Beterbiev would pummel him in the corner. I don't see how they would have him ahead. Arthur was pressuring and landing through out. Yarde deserves credit for coming to win and having success in spots but he was not winning rounds.

There was one point I thought Artur was hurt, then Yarde came in for the attack, and got wrestled into the corner and unloaded on and I was just like "oh...trap. Gotcha"

He did hurt Artur with a long right but he had enough wits to have him come at him and then turn it on him.

Yarde did so well that Beterbiev started to box and use the jab more showing another wrinkle in his game.

The punch that finally hurt Yarde was when he attempted that upper cut one too many times. Beterbiev already had gotten hit by it a few times that when he did it from too far he got countered.

                Good stuff.

Yarde showed heart but was outclassed by the better man. No shame in that but he wasn't ever going to win this fight Beterbiev is in a different league to him.

Only if Yarde had more accuracy. Many of the shots he missed would've done damage if he only connected.

Same when he had Kovalev hurt; he could've stopped him if he had better accuracy, but he missed many shots trying to close the show

Just glad his power saved him cause the scorecards were gonna fugh him over
Don’t understand how the judges could justify having Yarde ahead
