Let's be honest it's not Canelo anymore he hasnt fully recovered from that Bivol lost and won't until he defeats Benavidez,Charlo or Andrade.
Fury has a good argument for it but he has'nt had a ppv fight with 1 ppv yet.
Only boxing fans know Crawford and Uysk.
Jake Paul is in the conversation but has not had a 1 million ppv fight yet.
Spence is close but needs to fight a big name.

Only boxing fans care about all these guys, which is why all the "A-side/B-side" nonsense is nonsense.

At this point, there is no face of boxing. Fanbois can say who they want BUT none have grabbed the attention of the U.S. or the world for that matter. This sport is at one of the lowest points ive ever seen. You have a youtuber, a redheaded dirty pisser, a mental case gypsy and thats pretty much it....oh let's not forget the 2ndary trinket gatherer and the cRy baby too. What a lineup.

I remember watching boxing on reg tv with some of the best names in the sport. Regular folks knew them as well. Now you have a manger with the biggest stable sellin bulls.hit ppvs all the time, and the other promoters making more weak fights than top ones.

Until there is a national commission that kicks the corrupt belt orgs and crooked promoters/managers out or AT LEAST reforms them, our sport is a dying breed

...a bit of a rant, i know but back to the subject, everyone knew SRL, Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Tyson, Holyfield, DLH, FMJ and Pac.
