Gary has had 8 fights since 2014, when he won the title, and none since he lost it. I can't see how he improved like that. He got beat 10 years ago by a somebody, now he got beat by a nobody. Strike while the iron is hot, not when it's old and rusty.

Gary wasted it. He got beat by Magsanyo, who? And his excuse was Arthritis, or some other bone disease. He had his day, now he's begging like all those guys who were waiting on him. Karma.

He did hold that belt hostage for year's, and deprived many fighter's from at least challenging him for the title.

Not the lowest,as that belongs to Rivera and Rolly but he's certainly the least difficult to beat out of Tank and The Ghost that's for sure.

Cruz is not an easy outing for anyone. He has stamina, chin and a good punch. He is not skinless either.
