Five years ago this would've been no competition for GGG. Present time. This sounds entertaining.

Jr has been alternating between mw and smw he doesn't seem to stay at one weightclass wich doest speak very well if he really serious in sport ,if he got stopped by a full fledge 54 pounder think he'll be completely hopeless against the evidently better pool of talent at 168, who hes gonna fight at smw? Plant, morell? ,Benavidez, canelo? eubank doesn't stand a shot at 168 ,his best shot for any worthy notable win is at middleweight or retirement. Quite simple

Damn, Eubank Jr. is already 33 years old.

My impression was that even 160 was too light for eubank. No way he makes 157 in any kind of condition to fight.

Exactly! Would be great fun for the time it would last! Beefy wouldn't shy away and both men would let their hands go.

Exactly. True be told, Smith doesn't want the rematch and realistically it's a waste of time. If not for the rematch clause in the contract he would be moving on to bigger and better things but to say he wants it at 157 is just a way of trying to get Eubank not to activate the clause. Who really wants Smith v Eubank II? Surely a fight against Golovkin, Charlo, Munguia or even someone like Carlos Adames would be more interesting.

It’d be another great payday for him so he’d have no problem fighting Chris again but who really wants to see a rematch when the first fight was conclusive? That’s why I hate these rematch clauses, they’re so unnecessary most of the time.

I don't mind clauses so long as rematch happen within 3 months. So if fight happens in April or May that's good
