Both of them are a bit overrated, both cant beat the top dogs at 135-140 (Haney, Loma, Shakur, Prograis, Taylor) and thats why they rather fight each other, hell even Subriel Mathias probably kos both, but i think Ryan wins vs Tank if he can protect his chin.

I see the fight going a lot like the Barrios fight.

Ryan probably wins the first few rounds. Maybe 4 or 5. Then come the 6th round, he's losing and gets broken down before Tank finishes him.
