I dont understand why someone wouldnt like to see this fight if you are a boxing fan. This is the best matchup IMO, so why not make it happen!!!
Cotto boxed Sugar really well, so Im sure Mayweather can do it better.
At the same time Sugar is the fighter that i think really could hurt and beat Mayweather. I think its a really interestin fight and needs to happen. Mayweather will be watchin carefully how the Pac/Cotto ends, I think if Cotto wins by KO, Mayweather will choose Pac anyway cause thats how Floyd is, unless Cotto loses lookin really slow against the Pac, Floyd is not a risktaker.
Then Cotto/Mosley rematch, I dont know about u guys but it works for me.

IMO Mosley is the only welter weight out there or any fighter that has a real chance against the great Floyd jr.
Forget about Pac people,i mean yes i still would like to see that fight with Floyd and Pac but i just don't think that Pac has the skills or the tools or the style to beat Mayweather.I think Pac's style is taylor made for Floyd jr.
To me,Shane is the greater challenge for Mayweather.

if it does happen because Shane is a tough guy but floyd will move on him all night. Floyd's job will go into overtime also. Shane is tough but he's not invincible. Floyd will get in there and do what he does which is become used to the style which is in front of him and expose his opponents flaws more and more as the fight goes on.
But on the other hand Shane will have a plan. His new trainer is really good so that's one big advantage he has. His fight plan.
The main thing that sticks in my mind is Cotto outboxed Shane and Shane is taller and has more reach than Cotto. That just baffles me. And Cotto isn't a "better" boxer than Mayweather. That's for sure.

It probably wont make as much money as FM and Pac, but for boxing fans i believe it is much more interesting.

I'd pay to watch Mosley and Mayweather. Even though Mosley won't beat Floyd. I'm a Sugar Shane fan myself.

i disagree,,, i think mosley poses the biggest threat to mayweather's loss column. Besides p.williams mosley has a shot against floyd in the ww division theres no one else i can think of!!!

It's all about Money for Mosley. Mayweather is a big money draw, plain and simple. Mosley and GBP want to get in on a mega fight in 2010 because they don't have anything lined up. That is why they are pushing this. The public wants the Pac/Cotto winner to face Mayweather. Mosley is too old and tires out to fight Mayweather!
