This would make much more sense than Mckean who is a nobody and has fought nobody. Franklin fought Whyte to a close decision which could have gone either way. Joshua would have fought Fury in December if he'd have not listened to the doubters like Hearn in my opinion but maybe although disappointing it was the right decision for his career. Joshua should be too much for Franklin and get the stoppage and then with the work in America and a new trainer should then show he's serious here and fight Wilder/Ruiz , Joyce or even Fury at Wembley Stadium in the summer. If that was the plan , I for one would be cheering for him. If not , I'm still out!

      I’m pretty sure he doesn’t beat Parker…

A loss to Franklin will make them truly regret not taking the cash out fight with Fury.

"Eddie Hearn, the promoter of Joshua, stated recently that his goal is to rehabilitate Joshua this year,..." Damn, Joshua needs to be rehabilitated?

Anyone who really paid attention to Whyte vs Franklin knows that Dillian didn't let loose. It wasn't about Franklin being so good. This is a tune up fight for Joshua. If Franklin beats him, he needs to hang 'em up. Joshua, KO in 7.

Not really but if it's to get a confidence boost which they seem to want then okay but then on to the real fights...Wilder, Joyce , Fury.

                  Is his confidence this shattered?

Franklin beats Joshua. Franklin was robbed vs Whyte and I don't doubt he will beat Joshua who has been nothing more than a hype job.
