Sampson Lewkowicz of Sampson Boxing has announced the signing of Dominican super welterweight prospect Raul Garcia to a promotional contract. The DR is becoming the new Eastern Europe in terms of the amount of solid fighters coming out of that country. They effectively took over MLB, they appear to be headed to more renown in the boxing ring and Sampson and PBC seem to have that market cornered.
