The fruit picker has no right in criticizing other fighters because he ducked Prograis twice. He had a match with Zepeda and avoided that too.
With his stamina and activity he can out hustle these guys but if he continues to duck we will never know.
He clearly said that Commey was not next and apparently it is.Comment

Ramirez isn’t wrong about Garcia, Haney, etc. but at least they talk about other things besides the boring “I gots to get my minimum” and “I’m a Top Rank boxer and backed by ESPN” BS that Ramirez is stuck on these days.
What will Ramirez be saying a year from now after Top Rank rectifies its obvious mistake of grossly overpaying Ramirez and offers him a lowball new contract that he will reject?Comment

Jose is just trying to be interjected into the talks because the one's he's naming are currently the faces of 135 and 140. They may not be the champions, except for Haney, but they receive the most limelight, recognition, and are spoken about as if they were, and often times perception is reality when it comes to negotiations and future fights, and purses. He would probably get soundly beaten by a few of them, but he deserves the conversation, as they have all been accused of what he's done recently.
Even Lopez, he seems as if he's just talking when it comes to fighting Prograis, as he's already had a few excuses in the tuck.

Agree with some of what he said. But it's hard to really go by it with his recent transgressions involving Prograis. He's following the same model that some some of the other guys he's talking about go by. Money first, risk second. Won't knock it, but other folks won't let him live that down till he gets in there with Prograis.Comment
