Arreola Will Surpise All Of You

Vitali looks pretty tired for someone that barely took any punches.

According to Compubox, Vitali landed 28 percent of his jabs (56 of 202) to Gomez's 4 percent (2 of 54) and Klitscko landed 48 percent of his power punches of 27 per round. Gomez threw just 47 punches and landed 12 in the last three rounds vs. Vitali.

Arreola looks pretty fresh in the 8th round against a 6'6'' heavyweight that has good movement.

Another 6'6'' heavyweight. For whoever that thinks McCline was retired, he fought on:

    2008-11-07 272 Mike Mollo 227 19-2-0

Just 5 months before the Arreola fight, he was coming off a win, and had almost the exact same time off as Arreola.

CA will surprise all of you when he makes this fight a war and forces Vitali to fight at his pace and from a distance he doesn't want it at. Whether he wins or not, I don't know, but everyone that predicted a one sided KO by Klit will look like clowns

Mccline came out of retirement and looked like ****, and you said great footwork Mccline had... He moved like he was bigfoot and didn't have that great of footwork.

Please tell me this thread was a joke. There are so many things wrong with your assumptions I don't even know where to begin. I mean damn, every point you tried to make fails. Every single one.

Ummmm ok... Did you actually see the side to side movement McCline was giving him instead of regurgitating old ****?

And I didn't say great, I said good; which it is, especially for a heavyweight. I know Vitali isn't as mobile and can't move like that, the videos speak for themselves.

Klit has slow footwork, but makes his opponent turn so it seems like a longer distance.

            Can you mention 1?

And what assumptions are you talking about, I pose the videos as proof to back up everything I stated. Assumptions...

You're underestimating him with good reason because of his ****ed up conditioning and how dominant Vitali has looked, but you're counting him out. Something you shouldn't do.

I'm not saying that he will knock Vitali out or that Cris will win definitely, but I am saying that it will be competitive if he does. This will be Vitali's closest fight since Lewis.

Good work with the thread, but I highly disagree.

I still think Vitali is going to make short work of him. Because he showed that he's succeptable to the big punch, he is by no means mobile and comes straight forward to punch essentially the ultimate stationary target.

Vitali eats those kinds of fighters alive, because he's a boxer - puncher by nature and uses movement. He'll side step and KO him in the 1st round man.

Vitali is too big, Too Experienced, Hits too hard, Has too good of a chin and really Areola won't phase him with big shots. Mismatch.

Oh in the pure underdog sense, hell yeah here's to Christobal Areola winning.

Ain't going to happen though. If Peter couldn't do it, Areola isn't.

Peter is just a BETTER Areola.
