It depends what you like more, offense or defense? or both?
My favorite fighter Roy Jones in his prime would clown you for 12 rounds and make it entertaining but you know that he could get his opponent out of there any round.
Mayweather and Hopkins are my favorite fighters when it comes to 12-round schoolings, cause all they do is leave you doubting if you're a boxer or not.

Think about this, what would impress you more, Floyd schooling Marquez for 12 rounds, or Floyd knocking him out in 3-4...or at all? For me it's the latter, why waste time, when you finish your opponent and have a quick night of work.
Edit: To clarify. If a fighter is losing badly, and suddenly get's lucky, it's not as impressive as a 12 round schooling, but if a fighter is easily handling his opponent and knocks him out quickly, that, to me is more impressive than a 12 round schooling.Last edited by CrackYourJaw; 09-24-2009, 09:37 PM.

if you get schooled for 12 rounds there is nothing lucky about that but if you get knocked out it could of been a lucky punch and you probably can actually beat that man in a rematch if your schooled for 12 rounds than you just can't **** wit that man

i prefer the schooling, tyson knocking alot of fighter out in the first round would not have done it for me. i love knockout but hell i want at least 5 or 6 rounds. what beats both of them is a fight like pbf vs corrales or bhop vs tito. now you can't tell me those fights don't beat a early knockout if so we have to agree to disagree.but an exception to the rule is a fight like haglar vs hearns got damn
