Beautiful talent, the athleticism appears to be next level human evolution. Fast, hits a tonne, moves well, only thing I can say is like to see improvement on his defence as he moves up in quality of competition. That’s not to say he is easily hittable, he’s been in with world class talent already and that level is going to result in heavy exchanges of leather.

How does a name get you triggered?
He's not going after anybody, but ends up fighting a Karen. If you can't see the comedic element to that, you're not fit to be in the same room as me.

Andrade didn’t fight often enough and using cheap publicity stunts trying to crash other fighter’s pressers just made him look desperate and it made people hate him and not want to see him succeed. Andrade is an example of what not to do to promote yourself. Ennis should just keep doing what he does best and don’t worry about the rest. The world will come to him.
A lot of other fighters did it and got the fight. Haye to Vlad, Tarver to Jones. Did they put too much dip on their chips my guy?

Jaron Ennis: Errol Spence Jr and Terence Crawford are holding up the division, I’ll be ready

“I know Errol Spence Jr and Terence Crawford are holding up the division right now, but whatever way I can get my hands on the belts, I’ll be ready,” Ennis said at Wednesday’s media workout.

“I just want to fight. I’m young, hungry and I’m going to keep shining and demolishing these guys they put in front of me. Getting knockouts gives the fans what they want and makes them keep gravitating toward me. As long as I keep doing what I’m doing, my fan base is just going to grow...”

Ennis’ focus beyond this fight does seem to be entirely on Spence, and he threw out some comments directly for Errol.

I know Spence says he’s the ‘big fish,’ but we like to go fishing. If I have to sit on the side and ride a jet ski for a while, that’s okay for now. You know what happens when they bring a fish to land, right? They squirm.”

But he's doing the right thing fighting to get in the spot where he is the mandatory but guys like Spence/crawford probaly see him as a who needs him because he could be high risk low reward so its abit of tricky situation for him to get big fights to prove if he's the real deal or not. He should be doing what ortiz is doing fighting guys like kalvaliskus/Stanionis that kinda level
                  Berto is a great comparison.

NSB was waxing crazy over him until he met Victor Ortiz. All of a sudden, Berto is a bum.

They'll turn on Boots too the moment he meets his Victor.

By the by, has Boots ever faced an aggressive Mexican warrior? I know there aren't a lot of them left.

It would have been interesting to see how he dealt with the version of Josesito Lopez that fought Chino.

Actually Angulo that fought Lara. None stop aggression and catching him with hook up top or to the body when he tries slide out the pocket or off the ropes. A lot of that work lara had to catch with this gloves and elbows. As you noted, no one in the ranks around 147 or 154 right now. Fondora has the potential. He's young and how long it takes for Ennis to move. Then again, they are going to put him in with Charlo. That could have an ugly ending.

I think he might have the tools to become the best, and his mindset is right, for when much tougher opponents will test him.

He does want the big fights, it's a matter of who is going to accept his challenge. For the right money, they will.
