      no,

rigo got blacklisted because he's a fcking bore to watch.

not because he beat nonito freaking doanire lmaooo.

wtf is wrong with people here?

You're the one living in a deluded world. Arum was very upset with that loss, he was grooming nonito to be his next pacquio. Rigondeaux stopped the train. And if you say that frampton, st+, mares and quigg didn't avoided ( they all admitted that some how) Rigondeaux, You just stubborn or doesn't know what's going on.

I'm glad that his vision is ok after the burns that he received.
I'm Cuban/American , normally I would cheer for my compatriot , but Rigondeaux has disgusted me too many times. The one good thing that I can see about him fighting again is that I won't need to take my sleep medication that night.
I don't know how this guy thinks that stinking the joint out is a display of skill. It's a shame too because he can really crack when he actually fights.

            delusions of grandeur.

donaire wasnt no ppv star. he didnt have pacquiao's backstory or fanbase. rigo got blacklisted because he's a bore to watch, not because he beat doniare.

Nope. Just can't see the point in arguing, not going to change your mind or mine is it? I was merely stating that I consider the statement "Rigo was blacklisted for beating Nonito" as worthy of a flat-earther.

Glad I could clear that up for you buttercup.

I had such high hopes for Rigo, who I’ve always regarded as super-talented. I’ve supported him, going so far as traveling from Austin, TX (where I used to live) to NYC to watch him fight Donaire. It was all downhill from there, to the point where, like you, I couldn’t support him anymore. I back all Cuban fighters initially, and they get a good amount of leeway, but I’m not married to them. I wish Guillermo well as a person, but I’d rather see him disappear as a fighter.

Those two fights made Rigo more money than he had earned in all his combined fights
Prior to all that Arum gave him a good exposure by putting him on undercards on Pac's PPV fights. Arum was crucified for letting the guy go, yet no one wanted him, including Haymon.
