Yes, he has but Breadman Edwards discussed how Ramirez'and his promoter could have moved forward IF they'd wanted that fight. Same applies to Lopez.

Arum's stance against Probellum is hypocrisy anyways, given his reasons in light of the fact he remains Fury's promoter.
