It's common knowledge to be fair, as it was the terms of the last purse bid for Andrade-Parker, which iirc was won at $300k. The first purse bid, had Andrade gone through with the fight, would have seen him make at least 8 times that amount (think it was over $1.8m, of which he'd have got 65%).
