I don't doubt he's invested his money well. You'd hope so with the business people he has around him.

But 3.2 Billion per year? Just doesn't add up.

It's likely just an embellished number.

Floyd Mayweather is BY FAR the richest fighter of all time in all of Combat Sports. No one is even close to Money Mayweather. #2 is George Foreman with a net worth of $300 million.

No mma fighter is even close to Floyd Mayweather or George Foreman.

No doubt about it he makes a ton of money outside of the Ring advertising and things like that. But I strongly doubt this real estate investment will pay that much because he has signed up with some website where he can chat with you for a few minutes for a grand or something to that extent. If that is what you're doing for money no way the real estate will generate that much.
