Man, I wonder where all the hate for Boots is coming from? He's 25 years old and is a quiet, humble, talented up and coming boxer. Skill wise, he's levels above most people his age, and the resume is a work in progress. He's trying to prove that he's the best of the contenders without any push from a big promotional company, thus the reason for him having trouble landing a fight with a big name. He shows up, knocks out whoever is in front of him, and asks for the big fights. No one has an issue with Ennis. People are tired the propaganda BS about Crawford. Go down the line in the WBO. They can all file petitions if the guys above them fail too. Oscar has failed x2 for Ortiz. Now, Ennis and his dad can. Stop talking and take the risk if you believe with the fools on these board Crawford is cake. Worst thing that happens is, you get stopped and have to rebuild. Most of Crawford's stoppages happen with the opponent still conscious or a towel (Porter and Diaz beatdown). Yeah, Ennis calls out Crawford when he's already got a fight scheduled. He doesn't when Bud is available. And now he's saying he wants the Ortiz vs Stanionis winner, who may come back for his next fight six months later. Ortiz forfeited his claim for the WBO #1 mandatory position and he won't take advantage of his #2 slot and won't file a petition which only take seconds. He's got 30 fights on his record and there's no sense of urgency. And here we have Stanionis and Ortiz who have only 15 and 19 fights respectively are fighting each other, while Ennis is fighting a Karen. And his silly fans wonder why he's getting the hate.
