I would definitely like to see Serrano start a new knockout streak, it was something to behold (seeing her opponent's fold at her feet).
I'm wondering if all of the moving up, and down in weight has effected her power, and stamina?
Whatever the case may be, it is concerning to watch her running out of gas late in her fight's.
She should look into getting a nutritionist, and a cardio trainer, if those are already in place. Then she need's to replace them with better one's.

She's never going to give up her trainer so that's a lost cause there. One thing she could do is move her camp to the SNAC training facility on the west coast. That would be beneficial af regarding her cardio.

And yes Serrano-Baumgardner would be a great fight stylistically speaking. Classic boxer vs boxer/puncher match!

I wasn't talking about Serrano getting rid of her trainer Maldonado, so are you saying that Maldonado is in charge of her cardio training?
If that's the case, then they need to invest in a certified cardio trainer, because she can't keep on getting winded towards the end of her fight's.
That will only catch up with her in a negative way at some point in her future fight's, and that shouldn't be happening to a great champion like Serrano.

If they have trouble selling out the theater, then they aren't ready for the arena. The women need to be given opportunities to sink or swim, and this is one of them.
I have no issue with Shields-Marshall, Taylor-Serrano headlining. They’re good competitive fights. The vast majority of women’s fights are the exact opposite though.
real raw real raw likes this.

It may as well be, I just think it would be smarter to integrate women’s boxing more. I thought Taylor-Serrano was the perfect example of that. I suspect more people watched that than Shields-Marshall for example.
